Terms of Service

By using the Notifee.com website ("Service"), a service of the Notifee.com company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Notifee.com reserves the right to update and change the terms of service from time to time without prior notice. Any new features that extend or enhance the existing Service, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. ACCOUNT TERMS

You must be over 16 years of age to use this Service.
You have to be human. Accounts registered with "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. Account creators may be representatives of companies or other entities. You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, and other required information to complete the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password and private key (used to access the API). The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content that is distributed under your account.
Notifee.com cannot and will not be liable for any harm, loss or damage caused by delivery failure, mobile device reception failure or user failure to act on any notification.
One individual or legal entity may not have more than one account with free use.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including without limitation copyright laws) when using the Service.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of your account. Although ifee Group L.L.C-FZ prohibits such behavior and content in the Service, you understand and agree that ifee Group L.L.C-FZ cannot be held responsible for content posted through the Service, and you may still be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

TERMS OF PAYMENT, REFUND, UPGRADE AND DOWNGRADE

A valid credit card is required to pay bills. Free tier accounts do not require a credit card number. The service is invoiced at the end of the month and charged by credit card. Accounts without a credit card number will have their service terminated upon reaching the end of the free tier.
Customers are responsible for paying all charges incurred during the month.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Since the Service is charged on a per-use basis, you may stop using the Service at any time. You are responsible for all fees incurred. It is your responsibility to stop using the Service.
You can request deletion of your account. All content and configuration may be removed within 30 days.
The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel your account at any time and refuse any current or future use of the Service or any other Notifee.com service for any reason.
Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your account access and the forfeiture and surrender of all configuration of your account. The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICES

The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ reserves the right at any time and from time to time to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), with or without prior notice. Prices for all Services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us. Such notification can be provided at any time by publishing changes on the Notifee.com website (www.notifee.com). The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of the Service.
COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
All content posted on the Service must comply with copyright
We do not claim any intellectual property rights to the material you provide to the Service.
The company ifee Group L.L.C-FZ does not pre-check the content, but ifee Group L.L.C-FZ and their authorized person have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse access to the Service at their own discretion.
Payment and/or use of the service entitles you only to use the service, all copyright, including source code and binary compilations, owned by ifee Group L.L.C-FZ are not transferred under any circumstances.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You acknowledge that Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking and related technology required to operate the Service.
You may not modify, adapt or hack the Service, or modify other websites in such a way as to falsely indicate that they are associated with the Service or another Notifee.com service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service without the express written consent of Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ

We may, but are not obligated to, suspend or remove Accounts that contain content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or in violation of any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) of any customer, employee, member or officer of Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ will result in immediate account cancellation.
You acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transmitted unencrypted and may include
(a) transmissions over different networks and
(b) changes to accommodate and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or equipment.
You may not transmit unsolicited or "spam" messages.
You may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
The company Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ does not guarantee that
(i) the service will meet your specific requirements;
(ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
(iii) the results that may be obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable;
(iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and
(v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ was on the possibility of such damages has been warned), which arise as a result of:
(i) use of or inability to use the Service;
(ii) the cost of obtaining replacement goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;
(iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
(iv) the statements or conduct of any third party within the Service;
(v) cancel your account;
(vi) any other matter relating to the Service.
If the company Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ and govern your use of the Service, superseding all previous agreements between you and Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service).
